About this notice
This preview website is operated for the Longevity Club by ELEMENTIS project. The enquiry form is used to collect interest and requests for the project team. It does not open an account, accept a payment or make a reservation.
Information you provide
The form collects your name, email address, country or region, city, chosen interest, optional villa type, language and consent choices. It also records the time, request reference and privacy notice version. If the link you used contains campaign tags, the source, medium and campaign values are saved with your request. Do not send medical records, health details, financial information or identity documents.
How information is used
The project team uses this information to review your enquiry and respond about the selected direction. Future promotional emails require the separate, optional news consent. This preview does not send automatic emails or verify email ownership. A saved request is not a confirmed subscriber or a customer account.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database and are accessible to the website operator through project management tools. They are not published in a visitor directory. The hosting provider processes technical data required to deliver and protect the website. Enquiries should be retained only while needed to handle the request and any separately agreed communications; the operator is responsible for reviewing and deleting records that are no longer needed.
Technical protection and cookies
The form uses a short-lived hash derived from the connection IP address and a time window to limit repeated submissions. The application does not save the raw IP address in the enquiry table. No advertising or analytics cookies are set by the application. The hosting infrastructure may process its own security and delivery information.
YouTube video
The ELEMENTIS film is embedded from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced player. When the player loads or you watch the video, your browser connects to YouTube/Google, which may process technical and viewing information under its own privacy policy. Playback is started by you. You can also open the film directly on YouTube.
Questions, correction and deletion
To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw the optional news consent, use the dedicated form below. Use the same email address as your original enquiry. The team will need to verify the request before disclosing or changing personal information.
